wait for his thanks, he removes you from friends list instantly after trade

sell them at community market, you'll get 0.01$ each. (if you sell with 0.02$, you will recieve 0.01$)
They will go ASAP! :)

Does it have a red warning that says it's region restricted. Cause if not, they might be worth something. If it does, then give it to dota2bot.
