What should I do?

I won a game but I cant contact the guy on steam since he dont accept friend request unless "you have a good reason to add me" (he stated that on his profile). I think winning a game is a pretty good reson but he didnt accept my friend request. He didnt shared the key on the steamgifts site either.

So what should I do now?

The giveaway creator has 7 days to send the key to you. Wait it out and if he hasn't sent it at the end of the week mark it unreceived.

The creator has 7 days to deliver the gift to you. If 7 days haven't passed, then wait it out. Patience is a virtue.
