Thanks for the info. It would be good if the rumor was cleared out. In the meantime, I have stopped using the normal report button and make tickets instead of user reports.

To be more precise, there's not really a useful back end on the user report button. You can make a report, but nobody except cg has access to it because there was never a system put in place for other staff to do anything with them. If you have SG+, however, the script reroutes the button to a form that makes a new support ticket, which we can, of course, access and deal with.

I didn't say anything at the time, well because you know how things are around here... but hopefully now you can see what I already knew (and having seen it before). Correct me if I'm wrong :
the "report user" button that is displayed on user profiles is broken, and there's no use reporting users with it, right ?
In order to report someone, we are supposed to create a normal support ticket ?
