You aren't alone. No refund either, but I did get three keys at least. Knew I should have gotten the key for the other two I wanted before going to bed.

If you make a ticket they just link you to this http://www.gamersgate.com/info/holiday-sale-issue

I got both Bethesda New Year Collection and Borderlands 2 4-pack for the "wrong price". My Borderlands 4-pack got refunded, but not before gifting myself one copy. That single copy is still in my library, though keys still aren't available.
For the Bethesda New Year Collection, I managed to redeem Skyrim, Oblivion and New Vegas. The rest, for fear of being refunded, I gifted to myself. The rest still have no keys available, though. The refund hasn't come yet and I certainly hope that the key gets given, but even if it does get refunded, I'd have gotten 2 free games already from it. (I own New Vegas pre-buying the bundle)

I just read that GG post and this is completely ridiculous. Up to three weeks for refunds to go through and their excuse is 'because of the holidays?' So because of their screw up, there are some gamers who missed the entire steam winter sale and don't get the games they bought after being told otherwise, I'm sure. I wouldn't be surprised if GG overtakes EA as the most hated gaming entity.
And just for the record, I didn't buy any of the GG deals. I'm just outraged at such a terrible way of handling this. I know I won't ever be purchasing something from them in the future.

If they don't supply with new keys, I'm definitely not buying anything else from them.
My long story short.
I was excited about the Elder Scrolls sale, I purchased one for myself, then I thought I could get 2 more for 2 friends.
As I was proceeding through the check-out, THE PRICE WAS CHANGED WITHOUT ANY WARNING in one of the purchase steps.
I was lucky, as I noticed in the very last step of the check-out that the total price was something around 90€.
So yeah, I almost spent 90€, when I wanted to spend around 40€, for their "technical problem"'s fault.

I'm thinking that people who didn't redeem any key will get a refund..
In my case, I redeemed more than a half (Skyrim, FO: New Vegas, Dishonored, Morrowind, Oblivion, Brink, DOOM BFG)
But I still miss the other 4. (I'm pretty sure that in my case they won't refund but just send the 4 keys I miss).

Honestly, would be hard to say. I saw someone report they were able to redeem all but one key and got a full refund.

Yeah, I'd not object, except for the fact that I gifted a few to some friends and those folks haven't gotten their keys yet. Only ones left I want are Dishonored and Hunted: Demon's Forge. Once I got keys I was going to give away Brink and Rogue Warrior here.

I redeemed all but one key (Fallout 3 GOTY) from the Bethesda Bundle. I also bought the Borderlands 4 pack.
They refunded me for the Borderlands 4 pack and removed it from my library but so far they haven't refunded the Bethesda Pack which is still there. I'm really hoping they don't revoke the keys since I either gave away or traded all keys except for Dishonored.

Thank God they give away Volvo The Game.
That totally covers all the technical difficulties.

If you redeemed any key from the bundle, there's a chance you'll receive the rest of the games. (HOWEVER, I saw people that had their games removed from STEAM, and their Bethesda bundle removed from Gamersgate, even if they redeemed at least 1 key)
ALSO, if you didn't redeem ANY keys, you'll get a forced refund (just a matter of time before they get to you :P don't think that if it sits there telling you they don't have keys, they'll actually give you keys) and you'll receive a 20% off compensation for the whole year 2013 on "any" games you buy (some games might not be eligible)
I used to have a Bethesda bundle in my shelf, just like you... then I was amazed when they added a SECOND bundle to my shelf, without me buying (was probably a mistake yet again). They removed both packs 2 days ago, gave me a refund and the 20% off coupon.
Cheers!

I definitely got this email a few weeks back:
Dear [Yokuo],
Over the holidays we had a few problems with our site that affected you and your purchase of the Bethesda New Year Collection or the Borderlands 2 Four-Pack. We mistakenly advertised these packs at a price much lower than intended.
As difficult as it is for us, we will be honoring the price that we advertised – we´re currently waiting on serial keys to complete your order and will deliver them as soon as possible.
We want to apologize for our mistakes and the amount of time it has taken to resolve everything. Please be aware that due to these issues, our support team is under heavy pressure – we will be answering all tickets we receive, but it may take longer than usual until things calm down.
We hope that you can be pleased that this issue has been resolved, and that we can continue to deliver fantastic deals and some exciting new releases as we move forward.
Best regards,
GamersGate Team
EDIT: I have received all my keys also :p

I never received any emails from them related to the issue, other than when they cancelled my order which had redeemed keys. Finally heard back from them today:
Your account was actually in the group of users the payment should have been reversed to, but due to a delay in the communication between the systems, the process was made a bit later - sorry for the frustration this delay caused, i fully understand your concerns. We apologize for these mistakes and the amount of time it has taken to resolve everything. As the bundle is canceled, your account will be credited the exclusive 20% discount.
So, looks like having redeemed keys doesn't necessarily mean you'll get the remainder of the bundle in the end. Then again, they've not revoked keys either so meh. Can't really complain.

Lying to customers is how all the cool companies handle these situations.

I got the same email. Still waiting on the keys though.
All the games I'm missing are nowhere to be found on the site so they could really have no keys or them yet. I'm still hoping they will come soon, but I'm staying cautious.

This
I managed to get The Elder Scrolls pack for the "wrong" price, right before they changed it.
I went on holidays, and now I cannot redeem my keys, as:
"Unfortunately, we are out of serial keys. The developers have been contacted and we will supply keys as soon as they are delivered to us. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Will they really supply new keys? Or all I will get is a refund?
Because none of both has happened so far.
I know I should have redeemed them earlier, or right after the purchase, but I didn't have time to do so at all.
EDIT: I obviously don't want the refund, I really hope they supply with new keys.
