even if you don't talk to any one, just listen to english (asuming is not ur native language) will give u a better spoken english (i'll take time ofcourse, but better than nothing).
just do something that u like but in english with time i'll get u better than u are rigth now.

it's not the big tip, but u could try watching/playing the same series/games or a new ones with the audio and subtitles in english (some time they differ especially in the movies, old ones at least) that way u could learn the way that word are writed and pronunced at the same time (not easy for newcomers, but experience will make u stronger xd).
also a bit old school but in some dictionaries (even online), near the word there are a strange set of "letters" that tell you how to pronunce a word.
