I've seen a lot of Angels of Fasaria RPG giveaways recently, but I can't find a sale on it anywhere. Where are they all coming from?

Agreed, which is why I thought it was odd. I think the Tremorgames option is probably the likely explanation, since it's 99 coins there, which is trivial.
