No, it isn't. Actually in a giveaway description you're allowed to do more advertising than on the forums. On the forums you're not allowed to try to promote any product you are related to even if there weren't required actions to participate.

If it isn't allow then I am sorry, but I believe I'm providing a legitimate service to you all and the easiest way for me to distribute games is through the Facebook messenger.
It is also nice for developers to build an audience on Facebook for their game and upcoming games.
I'll take down these giveaways if they aren't allow, but I have done 3 Facebook Giveaways so far and you all seem to enjoy them.
