I can not understand why I have this lock? I could not use this site for a week, now I can not win gifts! I always activated all my games won! Explain to me what I did wrong? How can I access all the features of the site?

After looking at your steam profile, wins and the link that juzer supplied, it's plain to see that you have yet to add the game Hard Room to your account. That's why you are getting these issues.

That message appears for everyone. You have not been singled out. It's a reminder that you must activate every game you win to your own account. You cannot sell, trade, re-gift, or give the key to someone else.

You can check that every game you have been won has been correctly activated to your own account on the non-activated wins checker at SG Tools. In this case, it is currently reporting that you may not have activated one of your wins, Hard Room, correctly. SG Tools does have problems detecting certain games correctly from time to time, but is usually a good indicator. You should check to see why it hasn't been activated or appears to not be activated.

I don't understand your problem, you are neither suspended or locked.
The message you were posting is a general reminder and warning that all users on SG have to activate their wins to remain in good standing. ;)
