Region Restriction Question

Gamestop's having a sale right now on PC games...it's not really that great of a sale, however there are a couple games I've wanted on sale now.
If I also decide to buy some for giveaways here, how do I go about the region restriction section? Because on all their PC downloads it says "Downloads to U.S. addresses only." There's no US only region option soo...Am I thinking about this wrong?

It's like amazon, you only add one US address and it's done, the keys will be ROW at least in amazon.

You need US credit card. If you use Non US/CA/AU card, your payment is canceled. This is Gamestop:(

No. Paypal send region of credit card. You also can use Mexican credit card.
US/CA/AU + MX.

no one will force you, but since you selected "row" in the ga creation page, you need to supply a row gift.

There was a different issue in that ticket. Giveaway for a SA game was locked to the SA region. Winner was (supposedly) from a completely different region.

Here giveaway will be ROW, but the game might turn up to be US-restricted. The giveaway/gift region mismatch won't grant you a reroll.

What about those ones that stated in giveaway description as like "Can't be activated Germany or Japan." ones? There is no restrictions for doing that in the giveaway creation page.

If Germany is the only country that can't activate an otherwise ROW gift in a ROW giveaway, we will reroll.

If you give away a NA-locked key in a ROW giveaway, the amount of "legit" entries in the whole pool of entries will be quite small. We won't grant an automatic reroll in that case.
