THat mean, the reason why you can't buy games in other regions is because your account is region locked, you need to ask the support to change the region on your account so the currency in your steam wallet should change too, because otherwise it would be stupid.

Yeah they do. For instance, when i stayed for a while at Southsea in UK, I added a few £ into my wallet. Then I went back to Malaysia and the steam currency here is in US Dollar. So I submitted a steam ticket and requested they change the remaining UK pounds into USD. I think the conversion rate was around 1£ = 1.5 something US $.

Hey everyone,
If i add funds to my steam wallet while at home (Belgium - Europe) and i got to UK, can i buy games there in their money?
Example: i put 20€ on steam wallet, i go to UK, can i buy games there at their price (in £)?
(PS: i want to buy Borderlands 2 4-pack, which is cheaper over there ;) )
