Ohh nice, so earlier uBlock issue isn't the culprit (someone mentioned it earlier thinking it might affecting their ability to get it)

I thought I didn't get it but then checked it using

Was watching this for 3+ hours in a browser and in Steam client, and didn't get anything...any ideas how to find the free DLC? :-/

you didnt type !drop 100 times in chat tho.
all jokes aside i do think you need to comment in chat once, before anything will drop.
watching a stream in background for over an hour with no drops that i was told only needed 15 mins
a minuteish after i commented in chat i got my drops

Just in case, when on Stream, click Go to Live button if it's not at the most recent live play progress, and unmute the player (you can unmute the tab though if you're watching on Browser), and then check 30+ min later if it triggers the DLC to show up or not.

You can get the same with Twitch Drops and you will receive a Steam key for the dlc.

Yep, the only benefit to watch on Steam instead of Twitch is just you can add the DLC directly Without needing the Base Game.
While Steam Key from Twitch, you need to wait until you own the Base Game to be able to add.
