I received extra access codes in my email for The Crew Wild Run which I don't need, so giving them away here.

Redeem access code at http://thecrewgame.com/beta
Once redeemed, you will receive instructions via email.

Download size is 18GB, mine was already in my account ready to preload.
Servers open Thursday 15/10/15 12PM CEST.

NP. I signed up and pre-loaded last night and when they say instant they mean instant. After clicking the sign-up button I immediately opened uPlay to play something else and it was already in my library.
