"Bad trip" early 90s shoegaze. I did see them live in 1990 (with garage punk band The Cynics opening) and I remember Robert Hampson briefly looking annoyed when his pedals stopped working for a moment: quite the anecdote. I do still like the album.

Manapart — Armenians from Russia, who sound like System of a Down in their golden days, but aren't afraid to experiment and bring something of their own. And their collab with Tardigrade Inferno was reminiscent of Dog Fashion Disco. So fucking rad! Found out about them a few days ago and have listened to all of their songs dozens of times already.

Under Delusion. Another young and not (yet) super famous band, that creates some really cool stuff. Calm, melodic music, strong female vocals, good lyrics and continued experimentation with the sound from song to song. Words cannot describe how MUCH I love them. Last year, when my health was totally fucked up and I was really depressed and desperate because of what was happening in the world, I listened to their songs all the time. It helped me not to commit suicide and get off the tranquillizers. And I still listen to them almost every day. They will release their new track on 31st March, can't wait!

You're welcome! About the physical releases — they may release something in the future if there will be demand for it, but right now it isn't the priority. And the situation in Russia is not exactly favourable for such releases at the moment.

As bedroom psych goes, this is very, very good - unless you can't stomach the guy's unusual voice.

I've been listening to the absolutely stellar soundtrack to Fable. Right now, the exact track it's on is the theme for the guild, which is especially good. That and Oakvale are two favorites.

Been listening to VISIONS OF ATLANTIS and Everdawn since I saw them both two months ago.
I knew of VoA but only heard of Everdawn. DAMN Everdawn was awesome. I'm a fan now.
Also got to hang out with Alina Gavrilenko the lead singer most of the concert. And yes, I got a picture with her and yes she IS that gorgeous in person.

I can't help it... I love the obscure stuff from the 80's that nobody listens to. 😛

Japanese shoegaze - 一番好き.
This album contains the only 15 minute shoegaze song I'm currently aware of. Like drifting off on a cloud of pastel coloured cotton candy.

A special song dedicated to internet trolls. Very appropriate for today!
