Hello,
When I try to get Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation I’m transferred to a page with the error message “ERROR
We were unable to verify payment details and we will not charge you. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you still have this problem after retrying, please contact us. " and when I try to get the game again I receive the message “ALREADY OWNED You already own this product. You cannot redeem another copy at this time. Please visit our support page if you have any problems or feedback.” though I don’t own this product.
I’ve been trying to get the game many times since yesterday and keep receiving the same error messages over and over again :((
Does anyone else still have this issue? Do you know what could cause it?
I've contacted the support but they haven't replied to me and may not do it before the giveaway ends.

Thanks but this is just an automatic reply that they usually send to everybody. I've got the same message too but they haven't done anything to resolve the problem with the errors and I still can't get the game :((

It gave me that, but I was able to pull up the game in my key list, so it seemed to be an issue of it crediting to account but attempting to credit a second time and then transferring to a <Whoops, did you just try to claim this a second time?> response before actually giving a confirmation for the first (and only real) attempt.
So, might be worth it for those having issues to check their unclaimed keys?

Guys, there's actually another free game withn Ashes of singularity, you only have to install the game and run it for the first time, exit (open it again) and in the game launcher click on "Redeem Offworld Trading Company", you'll be prompted to a webpage where you put your email and get the key in your mail (you can't just copy-paste the link to share since it gets you a specific link before the page loads)

Exactly! And they don't care to reply to reports about this issue either. Humble's support is the worst I've ever contacted.
Thanks to Humble's devil-may-care attitude I'll never buy anything in their store.
