Steam Sales Dates 🗓️

Depending on where you live, that's highly unlikely. Japanese publishers were some of the absolute worst in adjusting their prices after Valve updated their regional pricing recommendations.

Assume that the deals you see on the first day are the ones that you will see all through the sale. The sale prices will not vary. I think Steamdb give historical prices, so you can check on individual games to see if that game normally goes on sale for Summer sale.

most of the times games are discounted from start. Sometimes you get additional games discounted, but they act like discounts now(weekly/timed) and differ by time

Your dates are a bit confusing there. If you do mean July 29, and are asking if the same number of games will be on sale for the Stealth fest, then the answer is that the games on sale on July 12th as part of the summer sale, will definitely be more than the stealth sale. Unless the games you are wanting are part of the 'stealth' genre, then you're better off buying what you want during the summer sale, as the summer sale will include all genres.

Techniacally maybe, but in reality we all know the dates beforehand, since Steam publishes it publically in the Steamworks Group, and it is also available on SteamDB as well.

Mac is spring sales

I think the Mac sale would be better as an autumn one, it's closer to apple season. Windows sale could be in the summer's heat, and Linux's penguin would be nice to honour winter. Spring is a one for all.

Previously Steam said the date for Autumn Sale was too close to Next Fest hence the reason it is moved to later date ... but I do agree with you that the date is ridiculously close to Winter Sale.
