This explains why they recently increased their prices. Such quality is unfathomable. /s

Neocab is even a good game, and so is Death's Door but after this many years, most people who really wanted them have them.
That's why games this old don't belong in a "choice" bundle, unless they were AAA games maybe because the price on sale could still be high enough that people who have it wishlisted would still not own it.

That's my take as well. I'd argue that the games themselves are about as good as the early Monthlies were (though it was more like 95%+, rather than 80%+ in reviews) - without the notice that those games were fresh, both in time, and being bundled. This is... neither really.
I'll still get it for 2 or so games + GA fodder. Mostly because I buy annual sub to save time and worry about coupons and cancellations, but this is only an alright bundle sadly.

I mean part of the point of Choice is to have a variety and introduce games to people, and maybe get people to try different games, so it’s not like the number of wishlists a game is still on should be a measure of the value of the bundle…

That's part of the point? ok.
Any bundle is introducing people to games. It would be really cool if they introduce games not to the 12 year olds who were not around to play 6 years ago when those games were released on in the 6 years since then when they were bundled multiple times already though.

Yeah, the three games that were in bundles before with little variety, meaning that likely only people who were watching for those games or something similar would have bought them, versus the Choice having various genres and types to bring them to new audiences. Yeah, I still don’t know that I’d like Neo Cab, but this is probably the only way I’d consider owning it. But also I can’t quite understand what point you’re trying to make with the rest of that jumble of words, but if they can introduce new players to games, who cares if they weren’t around when it first released?

Steam has a 13 years old + rule, so if one was 12 years old when the games got released (or last year) - that person technically couldn't have the games, and it's new for them.
Not for the others ("grown ups") who had 6 years and multiple bundles as opportunities to pick up the games already.

Funnily enough, this is one of the few bundles where I didn't already own any of them.
