How do you look like a scammer?
You gave away a game, it's not your fault that he lost his e-mail account. Most of the gifts on the site are given away through e-mail. Don't feel bad. I would of just send a support ticket explaining the situation if you already sent the game since you did everything you could do.

I look like a scammer in the sense that I've sent the gift but he didn't receive it, and it may seem that the key wasn't legit, whatever, the issue us that the guy who receives it doesn't mark it as received because any reason (he forgot, he doesn't know hoe to, or just a troll, etc.).

And what about if he actually understood everything right, activated the key in another Steam account and now he is doing like he doesn't understand anything? Yes it maybe looks stupid but there are a lot of trolls our there, summer holidays = trollkids

If you added the person through the link SteamGifts gave you in forms of telling you the winner then giving the key to that person is all you can do.

I'm having some troubles giving my first giveaway, because the winner is a ukranian guy who doesn't understand english at all, he takes 5 minutes to answer every text message I write in Steam and he doesn't have access to the email he put in steamgifts (the email I sent the key), now my first giveaway counts like has not been received and I look like a scammer. What should I do?
PS: I don't want to send it via Steam since it's a key and I don't know if the guy that is talking to me with that Steam account is the guy himself, he could be a friend or other person...
