You can try commenting on the giveaway that you won, saying that you received the wrong key.

No, just wait 7 seven days and mark not received. Then maybe he'll contact you himself

If he has any open giveaways or trades or other threads, you can post there and he will get a notification. (I'm not sure if he gets a notifiation if you post in his closed giveaway).

Other than that or through Steam - no, there's no other way.

Edit: okay, so you do get a notification if someone posts in your closed giveaway.

Crazy question. What game was the giveaway for, and what did they send you? They might have created a giveaway for a free game under the title of another. Against the rules, obviously, but doesn't stop some idiots.

The game was Talisman. When I try activate it says that I need the original game. A DLC maybe?

It's solved. I wrote a comment on the giveaway like AdamZombie said and quickly he sent me the proper key.
