Does it happen only with specific applications or just on its own? How long after boot up does the BSOD pop up?
You could try going into BIOS and monitoring the temp of the CPU or GPU. Also, try running a MemTest to see if it's a RAM issue. If that's not the issue, then it could be a HDD issue. I suggest running a Defrag and checking for bad sectors.
