It's full priced for me, and it has the monthly subscription fee anyways, so I wouldn't touch it with a stick, really. Are you sure it's not just a site bug? I remember seing Sleeping Dogs and similar games for 1 cent in the past too, but once you opened their page it was full priced again.

Can't find the games on the site. The links on the top sellers list give me a 404 error.

I played this game a few years ago and didn't like it. I couldn't get used to the control scheme and I think there were other things I didn't like, though I no longer remember.
