Yes?
Stop being kiss-ass... He is old, basically dead already... Few more years and over 30, when you are over 30, that is like almost 40 and rip... Especially with unhealthy life, sitting in front of PC not having physical activity, heart attack or stroke is real possibility...

I agree that sitting in front of the computer isn't good for you, but to say that it's all over at 30 is ridiculous. The best years of most people's lives are in their mid to late thirties, and it's getting later. Even professional fighters in the heavier weight divisions (above 170 lbs/ 77 kg) are generally regarded as reaching their peak in their mid-30's (speed is more important than strength in the lighter divisions, where they typically peak at 29-30).

With this life style, our life expectancy can be around 45-50. If we manage to live more that's pure luck.. So 30 is not peak, it is over half way trough...
With this life style, probably including eating snacks, eating so much unhealthy food, not having any physical activity, fucked up sleeping pattern.. Some of us like me have habits of smoking, and drinking coffee. A realistic person would see our blood vessels are clogged and shrank... that means high blood pressure which leads to heart attacks, strokes or heart function lessening. That is all really simple, and we are all aware of it but still we prefer to sit around enjoying looking at computer screen...

No, not even close, unless maybe you live in Sierra Leone or Angola.
Your assumption that users of this site do nothing else is incorrect but also inconsequential. Rates of obesity and sedentary lifestyles are climbing unabated throughout the developed world, but so are life expectancies. For example, the proportion of Australians with Body Mass Indices (BMI) in the Overweight or Obese categories was 63% in 2012, but the World Health Organisation data indicates a life expectancy of 82.8 years.
Here is a study for the Institute of Actuaries Australia's 2015 Actuaries Summit, which examines obesity and longevity data: http://www.actuaries.asn.au/Library/Events/SUM/2015/1aBarryRafe.pdf . It cites a National Center for Biotechnology Information study - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK62367/, which states that "U.S. life expectancy at age 50 in 2006 was reduced by 1.28 years for women and by 1.61 years for men as a result of obesity". This is a long way from the 40 years that your numbers would require.
I personally fall into the normal BMI category and don't smoke, and I'm sure I'm not the only one on this site in that situation, but as I said, even if you do, the stats say that it's not nearly as deadly as you might imagine.

So where are the gibs you ask? I wanted to buy a good bundle or two but i've ended up with bunch of weak ones instead. At least there will be more people who will win something. So.
