You've been here for barely 3 months, and already feel entitled to be judgmental of those whom have been here for years. The site used to be like the wild west, with only a few roving marshals, and the only filter we had was invite only or groups. This site you've joined is quite different.
I notice that your only completely unrestricted contributions were your first few, much like mine. A lot of my time here didn't have the option of contributor filters, so groups were the only way to avoid the kind of hassle that usually comes from doing unrestricted public giveaways. You quickly restricted yours as you experienced that, as did I. Some of my group giveaways were to SGIFTS, which is less of a restriction than Level 1, but I figured would at least avoid some rabble.

Obviously, you're free to use all these newer tools however you want. But, I don't believe your attitude is nearly as fair as you'd like to think.
