Solution:
Replace the รฏ (encoded to %C3%8F in HTML) with a lowercase L, so lGKjR and don't forget to add a / at the end of the URL.

Phew, I was close. I tried bruteforcing it with numbers and lower / upper case letters, but got bored after trying all first row on the keyboard (qwertyuiop).
Also at one point I thought it was morse code. Two dots for I, or two dots and one line for U ...

My first thoughts were actually i and L in upper- and lower case and those were the ones I tried first. I have no idea why it didn't work the first time.
