Steam drunk? (This time for good)

Yesterday I verified integrity of game cache for my CSGO, then I launched it and played it for about 15 min. and got a csgo card drop!

I am 100% sure all my card drops had been received by my already and I had also received the booster pack for csgo and yet I got a card drop :O

Does this mean this should work with other games as well?!

If you bought keys or something else in CSGO (not on market) for around $9, you receive one more drop.

Basically, 4 keys= 1 new card.

When you spend a certain amount of money on the market for CS GO items, you will get a card. I've got quite a few this way :P
