My first monthly bundle and quite pleased in the end. 4 wishlisted games: Crawl, Fran Bow, Oddworld & of course Mad Max which alone never went under 12€

I hoped for better this month (unlocks) - but after analysing it is not so bad either :). I would consider to cancel (especially I dont have coupon for net month ) but Rocket League... i will stay for this game:)...

God, what a pile of crap these unlocks are. They've been getting worse and worse since the first bundle, which just proves that they stacked up the first couple with really good unlocks to con people into continuing to subscribe. No way I'm taking another chance on next month.

No accounting for taste as it's always subjective, but crap? O.o
- You got 8(!!) never bundled before games with very diverse genres.
- 1 with 83% positive reviews, 1 with 91% and all else with > 97% positive reviews.
Reviews alone aren't everything, but with that high rating, even if 1 or 2 are skewed, no way they are all that skewed.

I'm genuinely happy for you if you like it, but for me this is my second attempt, and it's the second time the unlocks have been largely awful. The Magic Circle was an interesting, if very short, diversion, and Fran Bow looks like it might be the same. The rest are crap as far as I'm concerned, especially if you compare them to some of the early unlocks like Talos Principle. I won't swear off these Humble Monthlies, but I know now that the good, bigger name unlocks were just there to suck people into subscribing, so I won't be giving them any more of my money unless $12 turns out to be an exceptional price for the early game.

I don't get the coupon thing, i bough this monthly last week an it was my first. i got charged 12, and got no coupon.
I thought buying a monthly will get you a coupon so the next one is 10,xx

Buying the monthly bundle gets you 10% off in the Humble Store. It doesn't get you 10% off the bundle or any other bundle. If you were talking about the coupons from bundles, those are only for new subscribers.

They changed the coupons you get from normal bundles...
new coupons only work for new subscribers that never bought a monthly

They used to give out 10% off monthly bundle coupons with bundle purchases that would work even if you had bought a monthly before. Now they only give out 10% coupons for new subscribers.

I'm subscribed since March. I paid 10.80 for the initial bundle (instantly paid) and 10.80 for the first automated subscription but 12.00 for the bundle in May. (2nd automated subscription) even though I had a valid coupon.
So maybe it works for two bundles or it works for every "first" automated subscription. Totally not clear how it works and how it is supposed to...

Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty looks like interesting platformer.
Others, need to try but dont look like something special.
But still i dont regret, MM was okey.

A: To both first time subscribers AND current subscribers: You CAN use the 10% off coupon. They autocharge you $10.80 (if you have the coupon) one week before the bundle goes live, or you can pay early to get the the featured unlock game and still get the bundle for $10.80.
Q: "When is the latest I can unsubscribe (if I am a [re]current subscriber) to avoid being autocharged for the next month's bundle if I subscribe for this one now?"
A: ONE WEEK before the next bundle goes live, you will be autocharged if you are currently subscribed. This means you will be charged APRIL 29 if you want the MAY MONTHLY BUNDLE.
I recommend unsubscribing right away if you know you don't want next month's bundle.
Q: BUT WAIT!! I decided that I want the MAY bundle and it's passed April 29th...! Can I still get it??
A: YES. April 29th is the day they AUTOcharge you if you are a recurrent/current subscriber
