WHy people are so dumbass ?

To begin, sorry for my bad english, i'm french

I have see something recently.
In some giveway from Humble Bundle, people just give key from the 3 additional game, and they chosse name gift "humble bundle deep silver above avergae" because it's game you unlock with it, right ?

But some people come to report that giveway because it's juste a part of it ?
They are serious ?
We comme to offer game for free to people and they report because they is not the exactly gift ?

So go repport steamgift to create the right name gift.

That make me so angry to see people like that.....

If you make that giveaway, you have to give EVERYTHING you get when you pay above the average, so you should have given everything in that bundle except Riptide. If somebody checks their profile and they see they don't have a game that they supposedly won, they can be reported and suspended.

BTW, why are you talking in third person?

Yes but we have'nt in list the possibility to created a bundle ourself and this is the nearest "game list giveway" we have
And the precise in descriptionn it's not complete.
You can read and if you enter to win, you know it's not complet.
We have pay to have this key, and we offer to you for nothing, it's just ... so bad mentality ....

What you select is what you are supposed to give. Saying it isn't in description doesn't let you break the rules.

It's against the rules. This is not even a discussion.

If you select an entry from the creation list, then that is what you are giving away. If you can't find it on the list, then that doesn't give you the right to select something similar.

So give us the right to created a personnal Bundle of game to offer or something we can offer many game in same time.

I have already metro 2033 and risen 1 and sacred citadel not interess me, i wanna give the chance for somebody who want game to win it and i can't because i can created a great giveway ?

I think you can create a giveaway for one of that games, so the winner will get the game he is supposed to get and also some bonuses ;)

Actually that would have been acceptable. Whatever you give besides doesn't matter, as long as you give what the giveaway claims.

The site has rules, just because you're giving free stuff doesn't mean you don't have to follow them. If what you're trying to give is not in the list, you should send a ticket to support to have that added.

Is there a rule on you have to giveaway everything included in the the bundle or only the top tier? I do not see any detail about it in the FAQ or in the giveaway list (pardon me if there is, I have not always been good at searching stuffs on the internet).

If you select Humble X or Indie Gala X, etc, then you have to give an unused gift URL. Just the keys from the bundle without the DRM free version or any other bonuses is not valid.

thanks, wording always gets me since I'm not an english native speaker. I suggest adding this in the FAQ if it's possible (however this should depend on the majority, if everyone understands the rule correctly then there's no need for further detail.

if I was promised the topping of a strawberry cheescake, I would not expect the the base.

It's the wording that could confuse people who are not english native speaker. By above the average, there's a small chance people would understand it as only the bonus games only.
