Also, if you want to contact support, you should probably use the appropriate support ticket for such (in this case, 'Add Game to List').

If it's not a new game, it's almost certainly intentionally removed from the list due to having been free, so typically it's not worth bothering staff with.
Really, the only time you generally need to bother filing a ticket about it is when only one version (ie, Deluxe Edition) of a game isn't listed.

"Bought" uhu, doesn't really scream out from your other giveaways (Teleglitch base game was free (thus tried DLC) and so was Insurgency).
