I would go for TBoI without doubting it a second. My opinion is a little biased though, as i think i've poured about 400 hours into that game haha (my steam account lies, doesn't count offline hours very well...)

Easily indie game of year 2011, some people may argue bastion but for $ value it beats AAA titles and then some
