So I gave away FaceRig but a month passed and I just realized the winner never marked the game as received. What I should do? apparently the dude never redeemed the game too.

create a support ticket. if you have given a key, the support can check if they have seen it so they can mark it as received or reroll the ga. if you have send a giftlink to the mail, they might just mark it as received and if you have send a gift, they might reroll it

If the winner hasn't seen the key, ask support for "Request New Winner".
If the winner has seen the key ask support for "Request Received Feedback"

This Request Received Feedback is new for me. I only used the request new winner option so far. It worked perfectly fine everytime a week passed without the winner's action to redeem the key.

Request Received Feedback is used when winner has already revealed the key represented by eye icon.
If the key has already been revealed, there is high probability that it has been already used by the winner. Don't go for Request New Winner in such case because you'll never know if the key will work for new winner.

I suggest you to contact the winner to ask them to redeem the key and leave feedback. If they do not answer in a while, contact support as other users said.

If the request is approved, a new winner will be generated by the site.
