A problem with sgtools

Well, lately i tried to enter an sgtools giveaway with basic rules, such as
Your account must have activated all the won gifts
Your account is not allowed to have won the same game multiple times.
Your account must never been VAC banned.
I pass all of them, but for some reason the site gives me this thing:

Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again.

All wins activated, profile is not private,steam is up, but still no progress.

What can i do?
