Humble Bundle refund

Yup ... i never had issues with refunds from humble .

Keep it mind it usually takes up to 3 sometimes even 5 days to get a response .

Other then that as long as you provided all necessary information you are good .

From my experience they have really good support. Accidentally bought a game from the shop that I already had. Sent in a ticket with screenshots proving i already had the product on my account and they refunded it within like 10 minutes no problems. They do state it's a case-by-case basis though so cross your fingers :)

They are responding fast and doing refund without problems.
