SteamGifts derps with free weekend?

Hey guys, I just noticed I can't enter giveaways for games that were free over the weekend on Steam, I synced my account twice now, but it still says the games exist in my library. It's two days passed the weekend, and yet I see other people able to enter. Any suggestions?
