May anyone recommend me a Gaming Desktop?

I want it below or around about $700

Specs

CPU: Intel i5 or i7

OS: Windows 7 (or maybe 8.1 will be fine i guess)

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650 TI or higher

Storage: I don't really care if it's 500GB or 1TB

RAM: 8GB(or higher)

and... idk what's ODD or SDD that stuff

Can anyone recommend me a site to buy the supply or a Brand where I can get these kind of specs?

And also tell me some tips for building a desktop... never build a desktop before...
