Game Trades

Greetings everyone, i did a quick search and didn't find anything, i have a question and i hope that someone here might help.

Can someone perhaps inform me if there is a Steam group or maybe a trade site that works similar to this where we can trade game keys? There have been a few games here that I've tried entering but RNG wasn't on my side, which is fine RNG did favor one luck Gamer. But i have been wondering ,does a service exist where we can set up like a wish-list of one or two games we are looking for and then a offers counter with games that is up for trade for one of those games?

I know HRK and a few sites has that feature, but that is limited mostly to games that is marked unused from their sites, unless i understand it wrong.
