SGTools weirdness

I can't get past SGTools barrier. It says: "Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again."
Obviusly, I tried the "synchronize again" option. I checked if my profile is still public (yes it is) and double checked activation of all games I had won within a last week period (all activated and marked as received). I've never had a problem to pass this rule before - for example protected giveaways made on July 2nd were no problem to enter.
Is there something else to I need to do/check/set... ?

Take a look at this thread.

TLDR: Valve removed a ton of games from the api.
