Failures happen. Just stand behind the webmasters and let them be humans as anybody else. Dont raise the pressure and dont ask for compensation. This whole site is free afterall. Nobody actually lost anything. Nobody actually got harmed.

It's just a glitch you can fix yourself pretty easily actually: log out of your account for approx 24 hours, then log in again. You should have your points reset back to 300 with this "trick".

If they didnt perform regular maintenance you'd be complaining a lot more, so stop whining about getting some free points. Besides that if every one got 300 free points your chances to win something would drop significantly

Yea, all my games were reset and it says I never entered for any games, while in reality I entered around 50. Plus I dont have all the points to enter them again :(. I understand its free but it would be nice if they gave some compensation for the time we used to enter all those giveaways.
