Can I start giveaway with game that will be released soon?

If we want to make giveaway of game that is not released yet - is it possible?
Because we have one game that will be in ealry access in 2 weeks, but I couldnt find it in game list (was typing it's name, but it wasnt listed)

you can if it is added to the site you know they dont add small games for example Cyberpunk 2077 they do giveaways about it
if your game has no preorder then it will be 0 points

It isnt available to buy in Steam yet so you cant do a giveway for it.
Games that dont have a sub or app identification cant be added to SG, also to know the sub number of a game you can use SteamDB

Yes.
If it's not on the giveaway list, put in a support ticket to have it added. [via "Add Game to List" or "Other"]
Some pre-release games may not be able to be added to the list, however.

Not sure the exact requirements for it to be added, but sometimes support may be able to help.
Chances are you'll be left waiting quite a long time before the process is completed though, so consider the possibility to be left waiting even then.
