The WarZ (same issue here, stealing other content and selling it. [War Inc.] also the game was not complete) was up for a while before it was taken down, this will probably be too.

Well this is already out just not on steam and they also have a game (pockie ninja) with bleach and naruto characters so why wouldn't it be legal?

So the publishers of Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece (three of the most well-known anime at the moment) knew nothing about this company and their already-existing games based on each of those franchises? Sorry, it seems more likely that this is on the up-and-up.

This. That's, of course, not to say that it doesn't look like a terrible game that I don't want anywhere near Steam.

Edit: Just noticed it was a Chinese game, which are notorious for lack of copyright law/enforcement, so I'm leaning towards that this isn't legal by American standards.
