You know what's surprising though? I believe it was this year was when Activision started putting CoD games on sale and price dropped the old ones. I never expected them to put their game on sale. Still scumbags for burning things down to the ground.

Nope, last year Black Ops was on 0%. I can remember it quite well: 20 top selling games, everyone was on discount, except fot BO, and people kept buying that. Unbelievable.

Actually, there is a lot of russan guys. You can always ask them about trading games which are blocked in Russia. I got my Max Payne bundle ($15, blocked) for AC: Revelations ($20 in Russia).

I thought Christmas was one day long on Dec 25. To be politically correct, I think it's a Holiday/Winter sale rather than a Christmas sale. There are some that only celebrate New Year. Or Christmahanakwanzika cause its awesome and would technically have the most gifts of all holidays. IGN

Last year there was also a Halloween sale, a Thanksgiving sale and the Treasure hunt before the Christmas one.

Well, it wasn't really gold edition - only HD double pack (no SS Classic). I got mine for 44rub, which is about $1.5 . Sometimes living in Russia isn't that bad :)
