you cant do that, ask the giveaway creator to give you ROW copy or mark it as not recrieved

and give the gift back to the creator of the giveaway

Don't regift it, your account will get suspended if you don't redeem it within a week. just ask the gifter to give you a ROW copy.

Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold.

but i cant activate it so im stuck with it

But if i mark it as not recieved it should be fine?

Give back to creator. Giveaway should be deleted.

Open a support ticket, or the creator should.

1. DO NOT regift your wins. It's against the rules.
2. Contact the giveaway's creator, and give them back the gift. Ask for another one that you can activate in your country (ROW).
3. After a week of time, if the giveaway's creator did not give you a copy of the game that you can activate, mark as not received.

But really. Read the rules, because you almost make a pretty big mistake.
