Problem is not the IP. Its the payment method. My CC gets rejected all the time on US-Only Deals :/

I used a site which generates a random NA address and even tho my CC not being in US I got the code to download the game in Origin.

Yes. I only have base game. I don't have dlc's

yes. even tho i have premium, i find myself playing the original maps that came with the game more than the dlcs map.

Yeah EA has not released any Origin-exclusive game that I must have, so even though this is a good deal I'm passing as well. Looking forward to snagging the Fear trilogy for $10 from Amazon tomorrow though.

Pretty sure it's good for all of October. You will know before final payment during checkout whether it has worked or not though.
