Try steamtrades for unrestricted dota. Other than that, they are pretty hard to find.

Yes there are, and they are worth something, unlike the restricted 100 bajillion copies floating around.

I sold my unrestricted one a while ago to some chinese person for a bit. And yes, they are pretty rare.
