No dlc in the gift selection?

I was looking for a dlc to giveaway here, but I can't find it in the list.
It's this one: STCC - The Game 1 - Expansion Pack for RACE 07

Was this given away and I don't know? As far I remember it was RACE 07 and GTR evolution, but not this one dlc.
Help?

I think it might have been free before, not 100% sure though.
