Works for me, but some of my inventory items are missing (a blank square with a "Steam" name), including the gift I was about to send. Hope it'll be back, I don't want to buy another one, especially during such unstable time.

Its down but not down. It will sometimes load stuff for me, and friends list is working fine. I was still able to get Saints Row 4 bought and downloaded not long ago lol. Was a pain in the butt.. but it eventually did it. ( The downloading part was fine though, the purchasing bit was a pain. )

My guess is that steam web servers are down, so we cannot get access to store. But Valve gaming servers are functional. So we can still download at high speed and chat. I have never seen Valve gaming servers down.

For me it's the opposite. I can load store and community pages fine and quickly. But my chat is offline. Kind of annoying since I was using the chat and not the store/community.

Lol its kind of funny, I can not access the "store" part more than half the time right now.. but the "activity" thing that shows activity by you, friends, and groups you are part of. Loads just fine. ( That, and I can login/logout of friendslist with out much problems... as well as what I mentioned before )
This just seems very strange. You would think if this "group" where really hitting these things as they supposedly are, you would think ALL services would be down for everyone. Not just some, or mix of things from person to person.
Regardless, one can never be too careful I guess.. so pay attention to your accounts :P

They did not get lower than 0.16 US, at least the ones I had ( and put up and oddly sold fast ) where all selling for around that price. So the price did not increase either. ( Yes I did check what other people where selling them for before putting the ones I had left up for sale. )
