Buy?
In theory this shouldn't add games to the bundle list...doesn't reach 95% discount, right?
I have the games I want from this (won two of them from SG!) but too good a bundle not to buy it for giveaways. :)

If so, In think that only ABZU, Riptide GP: Renegade, Submerged and World of Diving are considered not bundled.
The rest had been bundled before or aren't high tier bundled.

Agreed...only those four are in question. But it seems they should remain unbundled in the Steamgifts sense.

Yes- put in more accessible terms, this bundle is around Monthly's usual discount range. Add in how the majority of the bundle is bundle-listed to begin with, and there shouldn't be any reason to expect a rather significant* rounding up of the bundle's value out of concern of exploitation; In other words, this one seems a safe bet, assuming Shobo isn't feeling strangely capricious today.
*Recall that the difference between 95% and 90% off isn't 1 in 20, but 1 in 2.

Could the difference in price between a Humble Monthly (12$) and this Oceans bundle (10$) be a reason to put all games of this Oceans bundle on the bundle list?

This is a great bundle in my opinion! Unfortunately I already own most of the games...
(if you are wondering why I said "unfortunately" - it's because there are still some games in this bundle I'd like to have, but since I already own 7 out of the 11 games, I'm not sure if it's still worth to pay the $10 to get the missing games ;_; )

Thank you for the thread and chart GodFeelling! ^^
This bundle really came out of the blue.
I'm only missing two games but there are some nice games to gift in this bundle, so I'm in.

All in all bundle seems great UNLESS you already own ABZU and Brothers :/ Although Submerged seems a must have. I feel like a mess RNSo let'd prey for submerged GAs :P

Didn't have any of these games yet except for Aquaria, and I've been really interested in Submerged, Abzû and Brothers for a while (and to a lesser degree Riptide and World of Diving). so this bundle is a no-brainer for me! The oceanic charity is icing on the cake :>

Hmm... only Submerged would be nice for me because i own brothers and abzu...
prob. wait for another time

Hi everyone,
I'm interested in only 3 games [Riptide GP: Renegade / Submerged / World of Diving] in the last humble bundle and I don't wanna host (fees from my country are pretty high).
How do I find a [group buy]? (sorry this is my 1rst time trying this)
Comment has been collapsed.
For what it's worth, Group Buys are against Humble's policies. :)

Yea well taking 2 of the big games from the January 2017 Monthly and re-bundling them 60 days later for half the price was against my policies, so Humble can go suck an egg for all I am inclined to care about their policies. I see nothing wrong with splitting a bundle with someone (as if that is somehow massively different from gifting) and there is nothing that they can do about it anyway.

I think technically, re-gifting Humble keys is against Humble's policies as well. There's a note on most of their pages that says "these keys are for your personal use only."
But if we all had to stop giving away Humble keys on SG, the site would practically disappear. :)

Yes, if it's already been converted into a key, it is not supposed to be gifted, and in theory support won't help you with it.
But you can generate gift links that may be gifted...and may be traded for other Humble gift links.

That's actually an unfortunately common misconception of what personal use entails. Personal use is contrasted against commercial use; in other words, there's no restriction against personal resale, there's a restriction against commercial resale. Terms of Service dictating personal use aren't intended to inhibit gifting or trading, but rather act as a restriction against utilizations such as G2A resale, or purchasing bundles solely to obtain profit off the contents (without consideration of direct personal benefit from the purchase).
Personal use: When an individual does not hold an owned asset for commercial purpose or as an investment.
Commercial use: When an individual holds an owned asset for commercial purpose or investment.
Commercial purpose: Any asset intended to be exchanged for a fare, fee, rate, charge or other gain related to a business transaction, or related to any non-business transaction which is undertaken solely for the sake of obtaining a financial profit.
In short, Humble both having "for personal use" as a policy and gift link generation makes sense, as the two elements aren't in any way conflicting in concept. In any case, bartering for other goods is pretty reliably not going to fall under such considerations, and gifting- even within the context of approaches such as SG's- is always personal use.

Yes, this is one reason why there is a clear no profit rule in Group Buys. Getting rid of duplicate keys by selling them for the actual split cost of a bundle, where no profit is involved (beyond a 5% handling fee max), is not in my view a violation of the Humble TOS. It's what makes Group Buys different from any other Steam trading group.

I haven't learned much about my initial concern but I now know more about HB policies. So thank you guys ^^

Wow, that is a heck of a bundle. I already own a bunch of the games...but the money goes to charity, so I'm in. I get some other good games, two charities get some money, and I can give away a bunch of really good games on SG. Seems like a good deal.
EDIT: as it turns out, I only own ABZU, Brothers and Submerged. So it's an even better deal than I thought!

Could anyone tell me, if the Aquaria OST is mp3 only, or do you also get the FLAC files?
Comment has been collapsed.
Thanks!
Ok, so it's decided then. I already have 7 out of the 11 games, but since I wanted this OST for a long time now....
And it's also for charity, so you can't do anything wrong, I guess :)
Thanks again! Have a nice day :)

There's an Ocean's Day? Huh, neat. My hometown is right next to the sea so I am fond of the ocean, but I'm also kind of scared of it. Anyway Submerged is the only game in this bundle I'm interested in that don't have/hasn't played, so I guess saving money and staying up at night wondering about purchasing the Sekai bundle it is.

I saw ABZU and thought "Oh, another good expensive bonus bundle!" Then I kept reading and realized the rest was shit.

You know I mainly got this because proceeds go to the charities... but I'm okay with paying $10 for Submerged and giving away the rest that I can. :)
