Not a key, but a quick question: If a steam key I bought is region locked (didn't say it was when I purchased it) and I tried to activate it outside that region, is the key still valid or rendered void? It's just that I have this key and there's not much I can do with it except give it away -- but I'm reluctant to do it without knowing if the recipient can activate it.
