So after some postponement Snowie was finally supposed to be coming tommorow, but now apparently it's gonna be another week. :(
I already did my groceries so i could be with her alone the next few days to keep an eye out permanently, i was totally prepared.

On a sidenote got a call from my cardiologist, i know i have inherited cardiomyopathy (an enlargened vessel, which is untreatable) for like over 20 years, every time i get tested it's stable, and i was like fine whatever, but the old doctor went on retirement and the new one told me my heart pump function was 50%.
And for the first time i started digging into it, and it kinda shocked and scared me, a normal range would be 55-70%, and mine is not 55%, not 52% but exactly 50%. The doctors simply can't predict what my future around it will be.
At 49% it's heart failure (and then you pretty much don't live to be a 100) so basically if i ever gonna go lose 1% it's pretty worrysome.
Another thing is alcohol is pretty bad with cardiomyopathy but no cardiologist every warned me, you can even get cardiomyopathy from excessive alcohol, so basically i went through a needle with the drinking i did in those years with my heart still being stable apparently.
But i think that's also always been the cause i been looking for (and no general doctor ever told me or linked to it) that's the reason i am so tired more easily then others, rather then having a bad condition.

But this is also the reason of the stories of sporters falling dead on the playing field, many have cardiomyopathy without knowing (because unless you know you have it inherited, you just simply won't know you have it).

Atleast i got a free schedule for the time being and gonna take some days off to just chill.

Get a second opinion. However it wouldn't be a bad idea to quit drinking. Also if you feel tired, could it be anemia? Have them check your iron levels.

My old cardiologist retired, this new doctor is basically my second opinion, but i talked to my liver doctor on the phone (forgot about the appointment) and he told me it wasn't all that bad i made it out to be, and technically i could live to be a 100.
Because i never smoked, not overweight, bloodpressure been fine, only need to watch my salt intake and yeah never ever one drop of alcohol anymore (my last liver results been bad because i drank much, so i was like can't i just take 1 glass of wine a day or a beer? But being a liver doctor offcourse he said no, nothing).

I dodged a bullet by drinking for 20 years (since i about known i had cardiomyopathy) but noone ever warned me, but apparently it's bad to drink with that, you can even get cardiomyopathy on it's own by excessive drinking. But my results have been the same now as 20 years ago.

I get my blood examined every 3 months, they got enough of me. But no that same doctor (and what i suspected but no general doctor ever told me or linked it to that) when i always said i feel tired/fatigued so easily, he said offcourse that comes because your heart has to work extra then regular people, so it's really the heart that causes the tiredness.

Not to mention i wasn't really used to exercize, but since i moved 6 weeks ago i walked/biked atleast 150km+ i think, i feel the fatigue more often now (but then again i also switched medicine). I just long now for some days with absolutely nothing to do, but still something always came up, but i am starting my me time tommorow, and then await the cat on monday/tuesday, then i have my hands full on that in the beginning.
