Can't create immediate giveaway

Hey, i usually make only hour long giveaways and i like them to start them as quick as possible so i would deliver the gifts as quick as possible but for some reason today i can't create an immediate giveaway, i set the slider to now and the other one an hour later but no matter on the confirmation screen i see that the giveaway is scheduled in 9 hours and ends in 10 hours. The slider doesn't go backwards and the time is right and everything.
