I made a giveaway yesterday, and one of the winner contacted me on Steam to ask me to gift him another game. I think that's rude, and shouldn't be allowed. Is there a way to report these kinds of things?

Extremely rude.
You're giving someone you don't even know and have no obligation to a free game out of the goodness of your heart and all he has to say is give me more?

Banned from the site, not just the forums. There are rules in place, and if people break them (especially in direct connection to SteamGifts [the guy won a game from him then begged him for more]) they'd be banned.

Make sure it's the actual winner, and not someone posing as them.

I made sure before blocking him, and it's the same profile.

I've had people add me just to ask me if I will give them a game, then remove me when I tell them I only give on Steamgifts or to people who actually add me to be friends. It's really sad.
