Old old win delete from my account !?

Hello there,

I just got an alert today that a game has been deleted from my account. A game won here a long, long time ago (December 2018).

Do I need to notify the giveaway author? Ask him for a new key?
Open a support ticket?
Or is there a prescription after a while and I won't be bothered by the rules?
Maybe you can be interested by a little something for read this?
